Target Audience: 60 users of CAOS in the municipality of Funchal, in the field of inclusive dance and performing arts, GDD method; Train 20 new dancers with disabilities in GDD.
"Cao Artístico - Art in mobility", is a project developed by the group Dançando com a Diferença, in partnership with the Regional Secretariat for Inclusion and Social Affairs, under the honorable mention of the BPI CAPACITAR 2016 award.
In the first phase of the project, Inclusive Dance groups were formed in the São Pedro, Santo António and Ponta de Sol Occupational Activity Centers, where, throughout 2017, thematic workshops in dance, theater, music, multimedia and stage production were held for people with and without disabilities.
In a second phase, an internship was carried out with Dançando com a Diferença, in which 19 students participated, action 4 of the project, between October 2017 and February 2018, a work that culminated with the realization of the show "What moves me?" with artistic direction by Henrique Amoedo, choreography by Telmo Ferreira, Natércia Kuprian and with the assistance of Nuno Borba.
