Workshop with Victor Hugo Pontes

Throughout this week and until November 13th, director and choreographer Victor Hugo Pontes, along with Ângela Diaz Quintela will be working with Grupo Dançando com a Diferença.

It will be two weeks of experiences and discoveries, where these artists together with the dancers from our company will have a lot to learn and share!

About Victor Hugo Pontes:

Victor Hugo Pontes was born in Guimarães, in 1978. He has a degree in Plastic Arts - Painting, from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto. He works as choreographer, director and performer. As a creator, his career began to blossom in 2003 with the work Puzzle. Since then, he has been consolidating his choreographic mark, having presented his work throughout the country, as well as in Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Russia, Austria, Brazil, among others. Since 2009, he is the artistic director of Nome Próprio - Associação Cultural, based in Porto.

Dançando com a Diferença is a structure funded in the biennium (2020 - 2021) by:
