Art for Inclusion

"Art for Inclusion" is a European youth project funded by Action 1 of the Erasmus + program of the European Commission, whose main objective is to bring together different organizations focused on the non-formal use of methodologies that facilitate the inclusion of all those involved in the most diverse artistic projects.

The main activity to be carried out under this project, will be the transnational seminar to take place between April 2 and 8, 2018 in Alfaro (Spain).

It will bring together 23 professionals from 7 different countries in an intensive week of debate, workshops and sharing of good inclusive artistic practices.

This activity is coordinated by the ON & OFF Youth Theatre Association (Spain), with the collaboration of ARSIDO (Spain), County Limerick Youth Theatre (Ireland), Focus (Bulgaria), Provasi (Cyprus), Uniamoci (Italy), Dançando com a Diferença (Portugal) and VOARTE (Portugal).

This seminar will allow the representatives of these organizations to participate in a work program designed not only to provide them with new knowledge and skills in interculturality through theater and dance, but also to teach them how to use them at a transnational level as a tool to achieve and work on social inclusion of young people in their communities and in their development.

Certainly for our participants and representatives, Aléxis Fernandes, Helena Ferreira and Natércia Kuprian, it will be a moment of learning and new discoveries.
